About:

Isaac Kim (He/Him) is a technologist, artist, and multi-instrumentalist primarily working in sound, video, sculpture, and installation. His work explores aspects of agency in response to an increasingly technologically enmeshed world.

He has shown work both online and in alternative exhibition spaces in Maine and Colorado, as well as institutions such as the Boulder Museum, the ATLAS institute and the Portland Symphony Orchestra, and the Institute of Contemporary Art in Maine.

He received his Bachelor of the Arts at the University of Colorado, Boulder in Mathematics as well as a Masters of Engineering in Creative Technology and Design with a concentration in computer music composition. He received his Masters of Fine Arts at the Maine College of Art & Design.
